Prices are projected to climb further to 9 cents per kWh by November. Pekka Salomaa, Director of the Finnish energy industry: "The situation remains stable, but the market expects relatively high prices in the autumn. In July, authorities increased the reliability fee for electricity supply sixfold, raising it from 0.013 to 0.085 cents per kWh.
