The company plans to turn the 40-acre property into the nearly 931K SF Ridgmar 30 Logistics Crossing, Ramrock announced in a press release. JCPenney announced plans last month to close its store at Ridgmar Mall on Nov. 1. He told the Fort Worth Report that Ramrock’s planned logistics campus is the kind of forward-looking transformation that will define the area’s future. In addition to Ridgmar Mall's redevelopment, another prominent Fort Worth site is set to see construction soon.
