Cricket Namibia on Friday announced the FNB T20 Tri-Series between Namibia, South Africa and Zimbabwe set to take place at the FNB Namibia Cricket Ground in Windhoek from 28 August to 6 September. The tournament will be followed by three One Day Internationals (ODIs) between the FNB Namibia Eagles and the SA Proteas. “The initiative is being led by Cricket South Africa (CSA) and Zimbabwe Cricket, in partnership with Cricket Namibia, to strengthen collaboration among African cricket nations and create more competitive playing opportunities. “The August FNB T20 Tri-Series will serve as the foundation for the launch of the Africa Cup in 2027. Their support ensures that the tournament will proudly be known as the FNB T20 Series and the FNB ODI Series.”
