Two of France’s most decorated chefs will cook side by side at La Réserve de Beaulieu on 26th August, when the hotel’s Restaurant des Rois hosts a four-hands dinner bringing together Julien Roucheteau and Jérôme Schilling. Roucheteau, named Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2019, heads the one-Michelin-starred Restaurant des Rois and cooks in a Mediterranean register.
