CIRCLEVILLE — Cicely Esterline, from Circleville, made history on June 19 when she was crowned Miss Ohio’s Teen at Miss Ohio Week in Ashland. Pickaway County families, friends, and supporters are invited to attend her Send-Off Celebration on Sunday, August 9 from 12 PM to 4 PM at OCU’s Ministry & Performing Arts Center (MPAC). Ashville 4th of July Parade (Pickaway County) – Cicely celebrated Independence Day close to home, greeting neighbors and families who supported her since childhood. The August 9th event will feature Cicely’s Miss America wardrobe, talent performance, Q&A session, and entertainment from members of the Miss Ohio’s Teen Class of 2026.
