San Pedro Police Constable (PC) Harris Gabourel, who has served for several years in the Community Oriented Policing Office, has been promoted to the rank of Corporal of Police. Throughout his policing career, Corporal Gabourel has consistently demonstrated integrity, leadership, and a genuine passion for community engagement, particularly with children, at-risk youth, and the San Pedro Police Youth Cadets. Driven by a passion for education and personal growth, Gabourel later left San Pedro to pursue higher education. After completing his recruit training, he was posted to the San Pedro Police Formation in June 2015 as a Police Constable. Corporal Gabourel said he remains deeply committed to serving the people of San Pedro with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
