The standard 390 Duke is still equipped with the single-cylinder 349.32cc engine, producing 41.5PS and 33.5Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the 390 Duke R retains the same configuration: a single-cylinder 398.63cc engine producing 46PS and 39Nm of torque.
