by WAKA Action 8 NewsELMORE COUNTY, Ala. (WAKA) – A fugitive from Arizona has been captured in Elmore County. That’s near the ADOC facilities and Speigner Lake in the town of Elmore. Agents with the ADOC Law Enforcement Services Division and K-9 Division assisted the U.S. Vaughns was wanted on an outstanding aggravated assault warrant issued in Mesa, Arizona, according to ADOC. Following his arrest, Vaughns is being held pending extradition to Mesa, Maricopa County, Arizona.
