Faculty and students at Casey Elementary School in Jackson were able to resume classes after someone phoned in a threat on Friday morning. According to Capitol Police, law enforcement was notified of the threat around 9:20 a.m. This is not the first incident at Casey Elementary School this year. In May, a man reportedly broke into the school and stole electronics, credit cards, and other items before fleeing the scene. No one was at the educational facility when the alleged thief broke in, and no injuries were reported.
