Stop Lime Down is a grassroots campaign group opposing the proposed Lime Down Solar Park, a large-scale solar energy development promoted by Island Green Power in north Wiltshire, around the Malmesbury, Sherston, Hullavington, and Stanton St Quintin areas. The proposed scheme is a 500MW solar park that developers say could generate enough renewable energy to power around 115,000 homes.
