After plans for three homes on the site in Holtsmere Close, off St Albans Road, were dismissed at appeal in 2022, the applicant came back with the latest application in April. This was approved yesterday (August 4), as council officers found it “will have no harmful impacts on the amenities of adjoining properties”. Their report said: “The proposal is considered an appropriate and acceptable development of this suburban site for family housing and is welcomed.
