Ms Goodwin served in the Auxiliary Territorial Service (ATS), the women’s branch of the British Army during the Second World War.
Louise Kelly, experience coordinator at Belong Warrington, said: "It was a privilege to be part of such a meaningful occasion and honour Marjorie’s remarkable contribution to our country’s history.
"We are incredibly proud to have her as part of our Belong Warrington family."
