Divine Lettings Ltd has applied to North Norfolk District Council to convert the former Lloyds Bank at 18-19 Market Place in North Walsham.
The proposals would create two shops on the ground floor and basement, alongside three new one-bedroom flats on the first and second floors.

The plans come after the closures of Lloyds’ North Walsham branch in 2023 and Santander’s Market Place branch in March 2026.
North Walsham now has a shared Banking Hub at 12 Market Place, where customers can access Post Office counter services and speak to community bankers on designated days.
