Firefighters were alerted to the incident at around 1.42pm today on Plumstead Road East near the city. Engines from Sprowston, Carrow, Wroxham, Sheringham, Earlham and Long Stratton were at the scene dealing with the fire, along with the water carrier from Hethersett, a spokesman for the fire service confirmed. Police were also sent to the scene to manage traffic in the area.
