Update at 12:43 p.m.: A PG&E crew is making progress on the downtown Sonora power outage that stretched from Highway 108 along both sides of Washington Street/Highway 49 and to Shaws Flat Road, including Stockton Street and the Race Track Road area. The utility reports that number has dropped to 68 customers, mostly in the Racetrack Road area.
