#WATCH | The Goa bench of the Bombay High Court handed a 10-year rigorous imprisonment to Tehelka founder Tarun Tejpal after convicting him of raping a junior colleague at a Goa resort 13 years ago.
In the middle of the work that was being done by his media house, Tarun Tejpal was accused of sexual assault by a junior in his organisation.
A rape case was filed in November 2013.
The complaint against Tarun Tejpal in November 2013 came less than a year after the Delhi bus rape case (aka Nirbhaya case of December 2012) that changed the way India looked at sexual assault and rape.
