Nollywood actor Yomi Fabiyi has vowed to defy a court order preventing him from making public comments about Wunmi, the wife of the late singer Mohbad. In a TikTok video shared on Friday, the actor addressed a recent magistrate court ruling in Ikeja, Lagos, which barred him and four others—including Mohbad’s father, Joseph Aloba—from publicly mentioning Wunmi and her son, Liam. The actor, who considers himself a complainant in the ongoing probe into Mohbad’s death, claimed that Wunmi has been evading police questioning. I will tell the judge that I will continue to mention your name, and I will give my reasons,” he said. “Wunmi, you went to get a court order that I and some others should not mention your name again, but I will continue to do so.
