Apple appears to be testing a forthcoming iOS 26.6.1 update for iPhone users. iOS 26.6.1 in testingiOS 26.6.1 started appearing in visitor logs for 9to5Mac this week. Apple released a trio of Mac updates this week to address a major vulnerability impacting the Screen Sharing app. If Apple does release iOS 26.6.1 to the public, it will likely focus on bug fixes or security improvements. We’re currently waiting on Apple to release iOS 27 beta 5 to developers and iOS 27 beta 3 for public beta testers.
