Pagosa Springs and Archuleta County continue to experience significant housing affordability challenges that affect employers, employees, families, and the broader regional economy. The project includes:• Phase 2B: Construction of five (5) workforce homes. Respondents shall submit one complete proposal addressing the qualifications, experience, project approach, conceptual home designs, pricing methodology, and information requested herein. PSCDC encourages proposals from firms with demonstrated experience in residential construction, workforce housing, collaborative project delivery, and quality craftsmanship. The Workforce Housing Initiative is a direct response to these identified needs.
