Kumkumarchana held at historic Gandimaisamma Temple ahead of BonaluA special Kunkumarchana ritual was performed at Sri Gandimaisamma Temple in Asif Nagar on the last Friday of Ashada Masam, with large participation from women devotees. The temple committee is preparing for the upcoming Bonalu festival, expecting a heavy turnout of worshippers. A large number of women devotees participated in the special prayers and performed Kunkumarchana, seeking the blessings of Gandimaisamma Ammavaru. Temple committee members said elaborate arrangements were being made in view of the expected heavy turnout during the Bonalu celebrations. As part of the preparations, Temple committee members K.Sai Baba, K. Srinivas Rao, J.Srinivas Rao, N. Vinayak Rao and A. Mahesh Kumar reviewed the arrangements.
