National Highways said the westbound carriageway of the A63 is shut between the A1034 at South Cave and the M62 involving a car and a caravan which overturned, at around 11.30am (Friday, August 7). Emergency crews from Humberside Police and Yorkshire Ambulance Service are at the scene, along with recovery teams and National Highways traffic officers. "Westbound traffic should exit the A63 at South Cave, take the second exit onto the A1034, and follow it for about seven miles to the roundabout with the A1079. "Take the first exit onto the A614 and follow it for 12 miles to the M62 junction 37 roundabout. "Then take the second left to join the M62 westbound."
