The six-week programme in Andover, hosted at Knights Enham School, is running every Thursday from 10am to 12.30pm, with sessions ending on August 27. Activities include sports, games, cookery and family activities, with each family receiving a free weekly recipe and meal kit to take home. Cllr Luigi Gregori said: "School holidays can be challenging for some families, particularly when the cost of activities quickly adds up. "This programme gives families the chance to spend quality time together, enjoy new experiences and take home practical ideas they can use throughout the summer. The idea was developed after school family support workers approached charity Unity, requesting accessible, family-focused support during the holidays.
