NEW YORK (AP) — Stocks are mostly rising in early trading on Wall Street and Treasury yields are falling after the government reported that employers unexpectedly cut 23,000 jobs last month.
The yield on the 10-year Treasury fell to 4.60%.

Futures for the S&P 500 rose 0.5% while Dow Jones Industrial Average futures gained 0.33%.
The yield on the 10-year Treasury fell to 4.60% from 4.67% just before the government issued the report.
