MANTORVILLE — A Dodge County predatory offender recently living in Rochester will spend an "indeterminate" time in sex offender treatment, according to Aug. 6 court proceedings.
Joseph Lee Carlson, 33, was charged with 20 counts of possessing child sexual abuse materials (CSAM) and two counts of child solicitation in 2022.
