Bromsgrove MP Bradley Thomas is seeking answers from Worcestershire County Council after the A38 Bromsgrove Route Enhancement Programme (BREP) was pushed back for a second time and now won’t be completed until spring 2027. MP Bradley Thomas said: "This is the second time BREP’s completion date has been officially delayed. "I’m therefore seeking answers from the County Council as I continue to hold them to account over their BREP project. The news comes after Worcestershire County Council denied suggestions that the A38 Bromsgrove Route Enhancement Programme (BREP) is set for a significant extension. This statement follows speculation on social media about a possible delay, prompting Bromsgrove MP Bradley Thomas to seek clarification from the county council.
