GREECE, N.Y. — A 28-year-old man is facing charges after Greece Police say he stole a man’s car while the victim was helping a bicyclist involved in a crash. According to police, the suspect, Frank Giudice, stole the victim’s car while the victim was trying to help the bicyclist, and then left the area. The next day, police say Giudice used the stolen car to commit other offenses, such as a fake return at a local grocery store and stealing from a local retail store. Police responded to the retail store and took Giudice into custody. According to police, the stolen car was recovered and returned to its owner.
