Bloor Homes has submitted a planning application to Halton Borough Council proposing 443 new homes and the revitalisation of the former JLR Sports and Social Club site on land off Cronton Lane. A spokesperson for Bloor Homes said: "We are grateful to everyone who took the time to participate in the consultation and share their views with us. "The feedback received has been extremely helpful and has been carefully considered by the project team as we finalised the plans for submission." Residents will be able to view and comment on the plans through the council’s planning portal once the application has been validated. The community information line and website used during the consultation will remain in place, allowing residents to continue contacting the project team with any enquiries about the submitted plans.
