Their two-year-old daughter, Sonam Yangden Wangchuck, stayed at home.
This is not the first time that a royal has attended the exhibition.
Indeed, ‘The Visionary Monarch: A Tribute to the Fourth King’s Enduring Legacy’ was in fact opened by ten-year-old Jigme Namgyel Wangchuck, Their Majesties’ oldest son and the heir to the throne, on 2 June this year.
