Flores de Chevalerie is bringing its travelling medieval tournament to Happy Mount Park on Saturday, August 8, and Sunday, August 9, with two days of competitive combat, family entertainment, and interactive activities. Organisers say the tournament is a genuine competition rather than a staged re-enactment, with participants earning points throughout the day before a final showdown in the Grand Melee. Away from the arena, families will have the chance to meet the knights, try on real armour, and pose for photographs. The event is free to attend and forms part of a packed weekend of family entertainment at the seafront park.
