Ossyfest, which takes place in Oswaldtwistle from August 6 to 9, will debut the new event on Sunday, August 9, from 1pm to 5pm in the performance area at Rhyddings, marking its first show in the wider park. Proms in the Park closes the festival, which transforms Oswaldtwistle into a 'vibrant musical hub' over four days and across multiple venues. Organisers said: "Join us for a brilliant day in the park and help make history at our first-ever proms event." The Coach House and Stop & Rest will provide refreshments and toilet facilities during Proms in the Park. Organisers thanked the 'Friends of Rhyddings Park', Spacehive, Hyndburn Council, PPL PRS, and Crowdfund Lancashire for supporting the event.
