A man in his 30s suffered a stab injury to the neck and was taken to hospital, but has since been discharged. Lancashire Police are now seeking to speak with 41-year-old Steven Barnes in connection with the investigation. He has links to Accrington and Oswaldtwistle as well as Great Harwood.
