Speaking on The Pulse on JoyNews on Friday, August 7, while discussing President Mahama's recent ministerial changes, Dominic Nitiwul said he was not surprised by Dr Zanetor Rawlings' appointment but believes she is better suited for a different ministry. He disclosed that Dr Rawlings had previously been considered for a ministerial position even before her latest appointment. Mr Nitiwul reiterated his expectation that Dr Zanetor Rawlings would be reassigned when those changes are made. "I am clear in my mind that by the time we do that reshuffle, they might move Zanetor Rawlings to a more appropriate ministry." President John Dramani Mahama has earlier today nominated Klottey Korle Member of Parliament, Dr Zanetor Agyemang-Rawlings, as Minister for Environment, Science and Technology, as part of a cabinet shake-up aimed at filling key government positions.
