TIME is running out for residents to submit feedback on plans for 350 homes in Burntwood. Housebuilder Miller Homes is currently consulting on proposals for land north of Lichfield Road. The proposed access to the site will come from Lichfield Road and Farewell Lane. Miller Homes states that Lichfield District Council is currently unable to demonstrate a five-year housing land supply. The developer states:“Miller Homes is preparing an outline planning application with all matters reserved except access for up to 350 homes on land north of Lichfield Road.
