Sioux Falls man sold Milk cocaine prior to Wendel’s overdose death, court docs say

Milk is charged in federal court with distribution of cocaine resulting in death, as well as several other charges.
Court documents say Thin Elk admitted to ingesting cocaine with Milk in the past, and that he eventually started buying cocaine from Milk, too.
In an interview with police, court documents say Chapman denied any interaction with Milk in the immediate timeframe surrounding Wendel’s disappearance, which investigators say “directly contradicts” phone records and other evidence.
Chapman was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of Delta 9 THC, possession of marijuana, keeping a place where drugs are used or sold and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Milk, charged federally in the Northern District of Iowa, remains in custody of the U.S.
