After arriving in Montreal last season following three seasons with the Ottawa Rouge et Noir, Pier-Olivier Hogan-Saindon quickly found his place on the Alouettes' offensive line. The injury sustained by center Justin Lawrence in the very first game of the season completely changed the dynamics of the offensive unit. Hogan-Saindon was then called upon to take the reins at center, a strategic position where every play begins in his hands. Although Justin Lawrence has been healthy for several weeks now, the coaching staff has chosen to keep Hogan-Saindon in his starting role. Despite this situation, Hogan-Saindon remains convinced that the team has enough depth to rise to the challenge.
