William “Bill” Douglas Conley, Sr., 76, of Dublin, passed away at his home on Monday, August 3, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Thomas Conley, Sr. and Avis Conley; and his brother, Thomas Conley. Bill proudly served his country in the United States Navy, a commitment he carried with honor throughout his life. He is survived by his loving wife, Debbie Conley; his son and daughter-in-law, William Conley, Jr. (Darby); daughters and son-in-law, Kelley Conley (Mike), and Erin Conley; step-son and his wife, Jeremiah Montgomery (Marisa); step-daughter, Crystal Linkous; precious grandchildren, Liam, Sullivan, Kensington, Taylor, Aidan, Connor, Alanna, Riley, Alexis, Jordyn, Landon, Payton and Bryce; very special great-grandchildren, Luna, Adalynn, Skylar, Stella Kate and Tate; brothers and sister-in-law, Lawrence Conley, and Arthur Conley (Deb); sisters and brothers-in-law, Donna Pisari (Mike), and Mary Lysik (Mike); and many other relatives and special friends.
