The Little League team from Bridgewater, Massachusetts, is looking to punch their ticket to the Little League World Series this weekend. There was an energetic sendoff from family and friends Friday as the team departed on buses for Bristol, Connecticut -- with a police escort -- to represent Massachusetts in the New England tournament and compete for a chance to represent the region in the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. WATCH HERE WATCH HEREThey'll have a whole weekend of events, including a welcome party, and they'll be staying in dorms. Their first game is Saturday afternoon against the Little League team from Gray, Maine. They clinched that spot with a win last Sunday against the West Roxbury Parkway Little League.
