A series of housing developments across Nottinghamshire and Nottingham have secured funding from the East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA).
White Hart Street, MansfieldFunding of £1 million was approved in March for the White Hart Street development in Mansfield.
Planning permission was nevertheless granted in January, with £400,000 of EMCCA funding approved in March.
The loss of funding does not automatically mean the underlying housing development has been abandoned.
The request represented more than a quarter of the original £16.8 million funding pot.
