It was determined that former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon and his insurers had agreed to pay $42.5 million to resolve the merger lawsuit that involves WWE, UFC, and shareholders.
WWE would also be paying $105 million by itself.
The shareholders disclosed the full $147.5 million figure in a court filing on Friday (via Bloomberg Law).
The shareholders shared a letter with the court, and it was stated that WWE dragging things out is creating more problems.
The lawsuit alleges that the merger’s architects geared the deal in favor of McMahon and others such as current TKO President Ari Emanuel.
