Thanks to Grant Funding from DHSESThe Brockport Fire District was awarded a Recruitment & Retention Grant of approximately $20,000 through the New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (DHSES). The grant allowed the fire district to purchase new fitness equipment and improve its weight room to benefit its volunteer firefighters. A dedicated fitness facility helps firefighters:Build the strength needed for emergency operations.
