They chose a floating structure that could move through London’s waterways independent of landlords, permanent foundations or conventional hospitality infrastructure – also allowing them to create something entirely off-grid.

As with many canal boat fitouts, the spaces are arranged in a line.
It’s not the first time an architectural designer has transformed a canal boat into a non-residential use.
