NILES, Ohio – Eastwood Mall ranked seventh on Chain Store Age magazine’s 2026 Top 10 Retail Center list. An article on the publication’s website reports the retail center, which is operated by Cafaro Co., contains more than 200 retailers, restaurants and entertainment venues, “the largest selection of consumer offerings in eastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania.” “It’s the result of the strategic investment, growth and execution of the Cafaro family’s vision to make the Eastwood Mall Complex the best one-stop destination to shop, dine, stay and play.” Brands that have opened at the Eastwood Mall Complex in recent years include retailers Meijer, Boscov’s and Bass Pro Shops. “Eastwood may not be the highest grossing mall in the nation, but what we’ve accomplished over all these years is designing a conglomeration of retail, restaurants, and entertainment scaled for middle markets,” Anthony Cafaro Jr., co-president of Cafaro Co., told the magazine.
