Addressing a public gathering in Bagah, Bilawal said the Constitution is the backbone of any country and argued that repeated constitutional disruptions had weakened Pakistan’s democratic system. He said political leaders should focus on resolving the underlying issues rather than avoiding them. The PPP chairman also criticized the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), saying the party was mistaken if it believed it would form the next government in Muzaffarabad. On administrative reforms, Bilawal said the PPP would support the creation of new provinces only if such a move reflected the will of the people. Bilawal urged both protesters and authorities to suspend demonstrations and enforcement actions until the commission is formed.
