The property is a three-storey detached house situated on the main street adjacent to Buckpool Harbour Park and coastline within a residential area. Guests and visitors to the B&B have access to a car park to the rear of the property. The document adds: “This aligns with Moray Council’s support for small-scale business development as outlined in its business guidance.”
