The Duluth Police Department has notified the public that a Level Three Predatory Offender has relocated to an address in Duluth. Eric Jason Dahlberg Sr. will now be living in the vicinity of North 1st Avenue East and East Second Street. Dalhberg Sr. accessed on teen’s home without permission after she opened the door.
