Louis Rumis, 82, was sentenced at Southampton Crown Court to two years behind bars after admitting 14 breaches of a sexual harm prevention order.
Rumis, of Everton near Lymington, was found to have accessed images of girls as young as six.
Rumis had previously been handed a suspended sentence at Southampton Crown Court in April after officers found more than 75,000 indecent images of children on his devices.
She said Rumis admitted viewing images of children as young as six and made searches for underage girls.
Judge Peters KC said: "The court is without any difficulty in finding that these are very serious and persistent breaches.
