Glenn Daly has been promoted from managing director to vice president of engineering and analysis at MITREDaly will lead MITRE’s Center for Engineering and AnalysisDaly has been with MITRE for 25 yearsMITRE announced Thursday that it has appointed its managing director, Glenn Daly, as vice president of engineering and analysis, placing him at the helm of the organization’s new Center for Engineering and Analysis, or CEA.
Daly brings 25 years of technical and leadership experience, joining MITRE in 2001 as a digital/microprocessor engineer.
He advanced through a series of technical positions, eventually serving as mission director of the division supporting the Office of the Secretary of War within MITRE’s National Security sector.
At CEA, Daly will lead technical teams of engineers, scientists, analysts and strategists working across infrastructure, network and connections; systems engineering; modeling and analysis; signals and electronics; and emerging technologies.
In February, MITRE named Christopher Land, former general counsel of Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary to its board of trustees.
