Lisa Chesney, the High Commissioner of the United Kingdom to Uganda, at the Ministry’s headquarters in Kampala. The meeting focused on bilateral issues of mutual interest to the two governments, including developments relating to peace and security in the Great Lakes region. They also discussed Uganda’s level of preparedness for the 2026 general election.
