Chennai, Aug 7:Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be arriving in Chennai on Saturday on a two day visit to Tamil Nadu and the neighbouring Union Territory of Puducherry. After the event, he would reach Tiruvannamalai by a helicopter where he would have darshan and offer special prayers at the Temple and also visit the Ramana Maharishi Ashram. After the programme, he would return to Chennai airport by a helicopter and leave for New Delhi. Police have made tight security arrangements both at Chennai airport, where a five tier security arrangement has been put in place in view of the Independence Day fete, Puducherry and Truvannamalai. A high level security review meeting was also conducted by the central team along with local police at the Puducherry Airport, at the place where he would be staying overnight and the event venue at Gorimedu.
