Three inmates were arrested after drugs were found inside the Rockingham County Detention Facility. On Thursday, the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office initiated an investigation into reports of illegal drugs inside the facility. 34-year-old Sabrina Marie Cobbler was charged with Felony Possession of Cocaine, Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance on Prison/Jail Premises. 60-year-old Lisa Marie Swain was also charged wit Felony Possession of Cocaine, Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance on Prison/Jail Premises and was issued a $50,000.00 secured bond and a court date of August17,2026. 34-year-old Ashley Rebecca Branch was charged with Misdemeanor Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance, and Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance on Prison/Jail Premises.
